These terms define the basic rules for buying from VaporHaus. They should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. If a material error is discovered, we may cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment.

Age and lawful use

You must be at least 21 years old to buy from VaporHaus. Orders are age-verified and require an adult signature on delivery. Products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and are not for use by non-smokers, minors, or anyone pregnant or nursing.

Orders

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the fulfillment team confirms availability. We may cancel suspicious or unsupported orders.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, store liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
